We have had 6 chicks for almost 4 weeks and just 4-5 days ago one of them started trembling. She eats and walks around just fine but she looks like she has Parkinsons.. My family says they think a couple of the other ones are starting to do it, I don't see it yet. It is not enough to throw her off balance, Just a mild shiver. I took them outside about a week ago for the first time and she started doing it then (or I noticed it first then) I thought she was cold but she continues to do it even under the heat lamp. Some of the poop in the box looks like melted chocolate and some is the normal grainy stuff but I can't tell whether any of it is abnormal, being very new to all this.
Has anyone seen this and can tell me what it is? I really would like to keep all these little guys healthy, not only for their own sakes but the kids in my preschool are already very attached to them.
