When do we switch from chick feeder to chick grower feed? They are also still with broody mama hen , when will they be old enough to be in with the rest of the gang?

than keep them on Chick grower ; until starting to lay, than switch to layer feed.

If seperate grower feed is available where you live, then you can make the switch at six to eight weeks. If all that's available is a combined starter/grower, then you can feed that right up to the point of lay, at which time you would switch to layer feed.
If you are feeding chicks and adult chickens, you might want to look into getting a "flock raiser" feed. Flock raiser is the brand name of Purina's all purpose feed, but I'm sure there are other brands.
It's nutritionally complete for all chickens; all you'd have to do is offer oyster shell seperately for the hens that are laying.
