4 week old cuckoo marans puffed out...whats wrong?

seems to be sleepy, I did see him eat and drink. Just stands there slightly crouched feathers on upper back and chest puffed out. No one else is doing this. The only thing I have changed is the light bulb yesterday. I went from a 75w to a 40w, But no one else seems to mind. Am I over reacting? Any help would be great.

You might want to try switching back to the 75 watt bulb for a while to see if it feels better.

just changed back to the 75 w. I have to go to work now, so I hope he does ok today.
