4 week old duck breathing issues can’t find vet

last night my duck started to have issues breathing heavy breathing low air volume. Weak had to convince it to eat but it did eat and drink. Heat lamp on with water nearby was the only advice given by a tele doc. Not sure how to proceed feeling like it’s hopeless if his condition doesn’t improve.

Duck improved a lot overnight seems to be ok now. I have them in a large plastic container heat lamp on one side.

Yes I have a duck water feeder for them to dunk their heads in. And I’ve only been feeding them crumble. I think he must have eaten something he shouldn’t have and almost choked on it
