4 week old Mille Fleur d'Uccle cockerel or pullet?

Can anyone tell if this 4 week old mille fleur d'uccle is a roo or pullet? I attached 9or10 photos.

Thank you, yes I def know that one is he has been trying to crow since like 5weeks old lol. He is an Easter egger. I'm so sad I have to decide between which one to keep it'll probably be the d'uccle because I have 3 silkies n the Easter egger will be way bigger than them. I've never had a rooster before. Can I even have a rooster with just 5 hens. I have the 3 silkies that are the same age, then I have a light brahma & white leghorn that just started laying a few months ago.
