4 week old pullets AND few day old chicks???

We have a batch of 4 week old pullets and another 6 just few day old chicks. Can we combine them? If so, how?

I've introduced 6 weeks old pullets to my older flock successfully each year, but I've never had to batch of chicks to try to integrate. Any pointers?

I would keep them separated in a pen so that they can see each other for a few weeks until they are closer in size.
