4 week old salmon faverolle is a roo isn’t it?

Hi, this is my salmon faverolle my kids named Princess Laya who is about 1 month old. I am pretty sure Princess is a roo? It came from a “breeder” who had some dark hens but there’s really no chance this is an “off coloured female” is there? I can’t keep a roo. Last two pics are of the breeders hens for comparison.
