She has an eye infection.

It could be Marek's. There is a strain that attracts the eyes.

It could also be Coryza. A bacterial infection of the eye.

It is possible that it is Mycoplasma Gallisepticum (Bubble Eye), but not likely.

Do you have penicillin, amoxycillin or Oxytetracycline?

I found Oxytetracycline. Any idea how much to give? Do I add it to her water?

It comes in several strengths. If it is the 100mg/ml it is 0.5ml. If it is the 200mg/ml dosage is 0.25ml.

One dose assess in 3-5 days. A second dose can be administered after 3-5 days.

Just a note. Oxytetracycline and Penicillin should not be mixed.
