They say that houses 1-4 chickens. That would be being generous, but maybe your four will be okay in there with a hardware cloth spruced up run.

I don't want to scare you, but a dog could break into that in no time, as can many other predators. Raccoons, skunks, even rats could chew through it.
You should buy a sturdy 10× 10 kennel, cover it top to bottom with hardware cloth, then plop that house in the middle.

We have coyotes around I do worry...Wish they could live in my laundry room forever. Thank you.

Adorable photos, thanks for sharing! You will probably need to build a run to keep them safe and only free range with supervision. I'm in New Mexico next door, the predators are abundant. As mentioned above, it would help if you show us your set up.
