tonite was so cute. the sun had aleady gone down & it was chilly before i got to let them out for the last time of the day. they ran around & generally enjoyed themselves. then i ran them back inside, turned the heat lamp on & they all cuddled under the light on the roost getting warmed up.
hubby has made a short term corral for them. when i want to run them in, i pick up an old broom & just gently push it in their direction. it just cracks me up when they all make a mad dash for the door, pushing & shoving to get in first. as usual, a couple of the buff orp try to stay outside & i have to practically shove them into the coop.
