4 wk old chick possible gapeworm? Safeguard?

Has your chick been on the ground where it could eat arthropods that might carry gapeworm eggs? Even if that was the case, I doubt that 4 weeks is long enough to develop a significant gapeworm infestation. Are you sure that you are not dealing with a respiratory problem or a foreign object caught in the trachea?
 
I'm not totally for sure.... I'm going to do the Qtip bf I do anything.... She's always been a little off to me like weak..,. I thought it was cocci at first, did corid , then black stools, her poo is more cecal I think... She twitches her head a lot...have done Sevin...

All the other chicks can fly to roost even my 2 babies, she won't/can't.... Other than that she eats and drinks and sleeps.... I don't see her gasping, no runny anything, feathers are nice...
 
Oh and no she hasn't been outside... I read also one of the symptoms is stretching? Does that mean neck or legs?
