Just put 'em in within the last hour. Put in the best size/looking ones. No idea if any of them are fertile, haven't seen any guineas doing the deed, though I did see my BR roo having a good time with a lavender the other day. Hopefully, there won't be too many of those crosses!

Now I just have to wait.

Anyone have any tips about hatching guinea eggs? These will be my first.

I just hatch mine like chicken eggs, with the longer wait..A couple of my guinea hens are still hinding their nest to well for me to find

The other two I have coerced into laying where I want them too.. There for a few days I was finding eggs all over the place, just laying in the yard and even one on top of my 4 wheeler trailer

I've found them in a hole in the coop floor (it's deep litter), in the yard, on the deck. One day I saw my yellow lab rolling all over the ground throwing something in the air having a grand time. I think it must have been a guinea egg. She had to have eaten it shell and all though, nothing was left when I finally got out there.

that is cool to know! I'll have to tell my FIL his taters are usually covered in bugs. I gave him a trio of guineas, may as well put 'em to work!

24 hours now for the eggs, gonna be a loooong wait!

Wow, and you're in Florida and I'm in northern MI. Then again, mine aren't a year old yet so it could be it's just those youngster laying hormones kicking in.
