Five years ago scrap payed $3 per 100#. That was $240. So say they were selling then for around 4 X scrap. Then you could get one for about $1000.

Now scrap is paying $12 per 100#. So that is $960. So when they price it for 4 X scrap that $1000 container is now $4000.

Not an exact thing but how metal price effects it.

I saw a show where they converted them to custom modular homes, but they were pricey!!!!

Got the tandems an landing gear out from under it an got it blocked up an level.
