48 Foot Reefer Trailer.

Going for $240 a ton. $12 for every 100#. Not sure what they would weigh.

They are old but in good shape. Breaks are good an working. Tires are junk.

I put them on craigslist.

Progress now that it is warm an dry again...

I ended up sectioning it off around every 4 feet. I have the first 4 sections pretty well done inside. Still working on the sections under it. Runs will come later.














I cut a squared off U high in the nose of it an made some wood wedges to hold it open. Those made my top vent where I bolted a box fan blowing the hot air out. The chicken doors are in the floor. Those are also where the air comes in. It pulls cold air off the ground cooling the trailer. Even though the sun gets the sides so hot that it will burn you, the air is as cool as the outside air.
