48 hr abandoned triplet boer goats

Hi there, we had our first goat birth at our house almost 2 days ago. I came home to find 1 little one trying to catch mom (unsuccessfully) and 2 laying on their sides. I thought they were dead but thank goodness they were not. I suppose they had just been born and left. Now, the mother goat was bought at an auction and when we got a good look at her she is a very old goat which we agreed we couldn't breed due to her condition. She must have already been bred. She has absolutely no bag to her, trying to milk her did not work and all she did when penned/held with babies is step on them.
Back to the babies. Got store-bought colostrum down them every 4 hours for 24 hrs. Now they're on kid replacer and we mix a little more water than packaging says + some baking soda to avoid bloat. We keep them in the barn under the heat lamp but bring them out for a bit when it's sunny. 2 staND and walk around (very wobbly)but the runt has never really opened her eyes fully and only stands a couple times a day. I gave her nutri drench as directed by my vet. She will scream like the others and when she does take a bottle she seems lost and all over the place with her mouth. I have started holding her to help her stay on the nipple. HELP!!?!?!?!?!?!!
Keep trying but don't name her. She's not likely to make it I'm afraid. If she won't take the bottle you'll have to tube her. You may try giving her some warm sugar water to get some energy in her. Keeping her warm and getting something in her is key for now. She'll need to get up and walking, to get her guts working right, soon though. You may have to get her to eat all she will every 2 hours till she gets going good. Its a long shot but she may make it yet.

Thank you! I had to switch to desktop view i guess but you helped me find it i appreciate you:)
Your welcome!
