You placed a bid with the intent to purchase, thus you are bound by the contract. I don't know how anyone else feels, but the excuse given this time seems to be lame, and not a good enough excuse to "remove" a bid you placed. Of course, I am not the one that runs this great thread, so it is up to pamperedpoultry, but I for one would not allow you to bid anymore if you are not going to follow the rules and honor your bidding contracts. I do not mean to be confrontational, but your actions could be construed as "bumping the bid".
