4mth old hens

Hello I have 4 4 month old hens, they have not starting laying eggs yet, I live in Conn. should I provide lighting the first winter?

Welcome to BYC.
Only if you want to. First year hens do well on natural light. Supplementing the lenght of day when the days are short can help. After the first year supplemental light does help with egg production.
