Type of poultry: Turkey
Breed: Blue Slate
Gender: Male (Tom)
Comments: Clark is a rescue bird and has become quite the daddy, he helps his mate Claudia care for the chick (it is an araucana) that Claudia hatched. He loves to gobble and is most patriotic as he is red, white and blue year round!

(Ben Franklin wanted a turkey to be the symbol of America, not the bald eagle. True fact.)
