These are the first Bantams I've had, I think I have two males and two females. This one has the most wattle and comb out of all of them.

From having ours...Wyandottes take a long time to tell what you have-weeks! They tend to develop early waddles and can be really tricky with gender....looks the same as our pullets at that age.
 
Don't have experience with BLR or bantam wyandottes, but I can tell you that my hatchery SLW developed red comb/wattles at about 4-5 weeks old but now is almost old enough to lay eggs and I'm 99% sure it's a pullet. I think they can "go red" early.
 
I'm not sure about your little bird but I will tell you that my little questionable gender bird started crowing at about 7 1/2 weeks.
