5.5 weeks old and poultry dust-is it time to move on out?

    I've got 5 and a half week banty old cochins, they're starting to jump up on the edge of my BIG tote that they're in. And the dust is getting every where.

    Do you think they can go out, it's been in the 60's the last couple of days. and then they'll get lock up, at night, in the coup with my silkies....

    NOT w/Mr B. he's being seperated....but the girls...so, i think there will be enough warmth, i do have a heat lamp if i have to , or should i just put in a socket and put a 40 watt out there?

    they're really making a mess in my sunroom....

    I JUST read about pine pellets...i don't know if our local Blue Seal carries these or not. I guess I could check on that.
