I bought Pekins from tractor supply at the start of the month. One has a foot that is twisted in 60 degrees and the leg is bowed, not straight (can’t support weight). As a result the poor guy struggles to walk and can’t keep up with the others in the yard.

I’ve noticed that he/she isn’t growing as fast as the others and is spending most of its time sitting rather than foraging.

I’m not sure what to do here. I plan to eat these guys in 4 weeks, but don’t think this guy is going to make it.

I'd go to your nearest feed store and pick up some vitamin B injectable for cattle, administer 1ml a day, you can put it over his treats throughout the day or administer it orally with an eyedropper or small syringe. Make sure he is eating and drinking regularly and not getting picked on by other ducks. Pekins are prone to leg problems due to the fact that they are very fast growers and put a lot of weight on their legs, so adding supplemental niacin to your other ducks would be a good idea, in a form of a Poultry vitamin or Brewers yeast.

Here is the stuff you want to get for him-
