5-6week old Cayuga

I have two five to six week cayuga's two females. When I first got them they were just a few days old. At first I had very fine shavings almost like sawdust, now I have better shavings that are less Dusty. One of the cayugas has a swollen nostril and sneezes once in awhile. They both are going pretty well but they one that sneezes it just a little smaller. I'm wondering if this is a large concern, if anybody has any advice please let me know thank you

Do they have access to water deep enough that they can submerge their heads ? She may have debris in her nostril.

I put them in the tub every other day. We have a large flock outside so we have to slowly introduce them.
