I picked up 5, I'd say 3 month old chicks at the auction for 50 cents a piece.4 hens & roo. They looked like bramas or wyondottes when the auctionere pulled one out of the box (He held up the roo, nobody wanted them not knowing what else was in that box)
So I bought them! I had to bring something home. After all it was my kids first auction experience...........I cant add pics to this site,so I made a Youtube video to share. My baby's are all purebreed bantams. From eggs that were given to me by a friend. The little powder self blues are my favorites. Then I'd have to say the Sumatrans would be second in line. Well including the new incubator chicken wire and electric fence I did it all for around $100.......... Well heres the Video... What are those 5 bigger chicks with the roo?
