5 days old, wing question...

I’m a first time owner of baby chicks, and have been reading and reading to gain knowledge on the subject. One of our chicks, hatched Friday morning, and yesterday I noticed a wing sticking out most of the time and I want to make sure he/she doesn’t need help. Does anyone have experience with anything like this? You can see it sticking out from above, and then a comparison of the right and left wing. The left wing is the one I’m worried about.

I had one with seeming split wings like that, posted a question, and was told it will fill in normally, which it did. Overnight. I was also told that it was likely a male, which turned out to be true.

The reason I worried was it is normal sometimes, but lately, more often than not, sticks out. And it’s just one of the wings so I was worried we injured it somehow. Hopefully it will fill in like you mentioned. Just strange that the other wing isn’t like that.
