5 days on 3 days off Hatch?

I had just got 2 shipments one silkie eggs. They went 5 days in incubator then off for 3 days because of the power outage in Alabama. Do you think they will hatch? Or is it no use?

By the way all of my family are fine Thank God! I only lost the eggs and about 10 chicks.

Well, You won't lose anything by trying, and I'll gladly send good hatching vibes your way. If they hatch, you could name the first one "Blessed" in acknowledgment of your family's continued wellbeing. It's nice to hear good news from your neck of the woods, and that would be just a bit more...
