Candled the eggs last week, and culled the clear ones.

Chicken Little is on 16, hopefully fertile, eggs.

Resisiting th urge to candle again, wanting to just let nature take its course.

She gets a pat, and hand fed every day...

Good luck. Keep us posted. I am on day 12 and 10 on a mixed batch in the bator. I candled yesterday and took out the duds and I am hoping that the rest do well. I will be watching for updates. Can't wait till I get a broody next spring. Would much rather the hens hatch these eggs than put them in the bator and worry.

Even my wifey said "4 days to go" today..

I think she is getting excited as well.

I'm going to split the side run off the coup and enclose the open side so I can move it to part of the area the girls are in, with grass. They seem to scratched up all the grass in this little run and turned it into a dirtbath.

Here is an old picture of it from last year. The little side piece wil be split and moved to a grassy area for the cicks to run and hide in.
