Up for auction are 5 nice looking silkies. I'm not quite sure what you would call this color. They have nice crests and feathering, but are just somewhat different that what I've seen. I am tempted to call them grey, until you see the red in the feathers. Maybe calico? A grey partridge? For someone looking for a project, these could be nice. There are four older ones, and one younger one (last picture). They are between 2 and 4 months old. They should be breeding age by the middle of summer. I would keep them, but I've got just a few too many birds (okay, way too many birds), so I'm working on thinning out a little (hence the low starting price and no reserve). Please do NOT expect me to bathe these prior to shipping - it is still cold here in PA. I can spray them for mites before they leave at your request. For five birds, it will take two boxes taped together, hence the $85 shipping fee. If shipping + paypal fees + $10 for boxes is less than the $85 to your location, I will refund the difference! Paypal due within 24 hours of auction end so I can send these out promptly at the begining of next week! PM me for paypal address. Please excuse the photos - it's spring (mud season) here, so their feet and faces aren't the cleanest... Thanks! Local pickup welcomed - will meet within a reasonable distance of zip code 16335! **Cannot ship to Virginia!!!**

These are very pretty Aaron. I can't believe nobody has snatched these up for that low price for 5 of them. If I was still breeding this color I would get them. I especially like the odd ball colored ones with the buff coloring in them.

Thanks! For the past 5 days I have fought myself on yanking the auction - but reality is, I'm out of space

I will find a way to keep them and separate them out if someone doesn't want them, I just figured someone might have more interest than I. Maybe the $85 shipping is scary? But, I did refund the last guy $40 of the $85 I charged him... just depends where they're going to as far as how expensive it is. And, we've recently figured out, we can get away with shipping priority if it's within 500 miles! As long as your post ofc doesn't give you a fight over it
