my girls are 14 months old and over the course of the summer have started laying less and less. One is definitely in a mould, poo girl lost her entire tail yesterday!! The others don't seem to be moulding, but I'm only getting one egg a day, sometime I get two. Over the winter I was getting 4-5 on average a day (usually 5)
They are orpingtons and rocks, very healthy. They have free access to calcium, gets lots of veggies from the garden daily, plus their dry feed that is free choice.
Combs look bright, weights good...I just don't know why they have quit laying so well.
