5 month old Ameraucana Roo or Hen

I need help....is my 5 month old Ameraucana a Roo or hen? She or he has started crowing a couple times in the morning but no other times of the day and no spurs. Have not seen it trying to mate yet or be aggressive Also, any guesses on the buff orpington?
