5 month old hens not laying

I have 6 hens. Only 2 are laying eggs.
One has been laying for about 3 weeks, the other for 2 weeks. Is it normal that my other 4 haven't been laying eggs yet? They are all posturing.

Normally hens will lay between 4-7 months. Some hens will lay earlier or later. Different breeds also have different laying times.

At 5 months, yes that's normal. Earliest I've had a chicken lay was... around 21 weeks? My birds usually start later, 24-28 weeks (I don't have productions birds, which are more likely to start earlier).

The two that are laying, one is a Plymouth Rock and I think the other is a Sapphire Gem. The Orpington, Rhode Island Red and two Polish are not.

My orpington showed signs 4 weeks before laying at 24 weeks old. My cinnamon queen started laying at 20 weeks old she is a production breed. And i think polish take even longer to lay.

It's hard waiting, I have a Salmon Fav I've been waiting on. She is 6 months. I walked by her yesterday and she squatted. It freaked me out because She is the only POL pullet. I picked her up and gave her such praise and snuggles. I've had these nearly white eggs and thought they might be hers. Either they are hers or the one Dark Brahmas egg is getting lighter.
