5 toes, but feathers. Silkie?

This is a 2 week old chick. It’s a chocolate color, 5 toes and black skin like a silkie, but do they have feathers like this?

Proper satins are silkies in every way, but they have hard feathering instead if the silkied feathering. They should still have the right skin color, toes, all that.
