She's not frizzled, her feathers are just growing in and look a bit ruffled/messy. You would be able to tell if a chick is frizzled or not by the first week, a frizzle chick would look like this:

Not all frizzles will have frizzle feathering, some will be smooth feathered. I guess you got a smooth feathered chick, she's cute anyways. [IMG]emojione/assets/png/1f601.png?v=2.2.7

The picture before makes me think of a rooster, but I would say still in the girl zone.

Nothing is screaming rooster to me yet, but I know it's still early.

I'm more hopeful that she is a pullet. The last one was a male (or so I'm told) this is him at 3 months old

I raise BLRWs, this is definitely a cockerel.....but keep in mind Wyandottes should not have a single comb and this male does. No big deal for a backyard flock, but if you are trying to breed to the Wyandotte standard, you want rose combs

Nice yella legs on that boy though!!
