5 week chick keeps left eye closed???

I noticed this morning that my 5 week old chick keeps it left eye closed. I held the chick and kind of wiped it with water but it just keeps it eye closed?? is this anything bad? Is this the first signs of something worse? Any other ideas out there??

Just keep your eye on it, ifs it starts to weep fluid then you can start to worry. the chick just might of got poked by the bedding you use or another chick could of poked at her. so just keep your eye on the other chicks, and if they are pecking at her, then you might want to seperate them till she gets better. hope all goes well!!!

It's eye is a teenie bit watery? what does watery mean?
