Kinda looks like a Blk Australorp. Although not all Easter Eggers have puffy cheeks, I think most do. And solid blk is not super common, especially in hatchery birds.

How old and where did it come from?

It's not an Easter Egger, but an Araucana - I ordered eggs from a reputable seller on eBay. This one is rumpless, but doesn't have tufts. I've hatched a few Araucanas, but they always turn out to be roosters. Hoping I finally have a girl this time.

Ok, that is good. I think it looks female, but I have been fooled by this breed before. Certainly nothing dramatic looking about it. Good luck with getting a girl.

Eggs!

Looks pullet-like. I had 2 male/1 female this past winter. My girl didn't get a raised comb until about 16 weeks, though the boys were both sporting big notable ones around 8 weeks. Keep an eye on it - if it comes off the head sooner than 10 weeks I'd be very suspicious. I could easily tell at 4 weeks that my little girl had 3 rows, but they just didn't do anything until much later.

I am going to have to say roo and hope I am wrong. The blacks always throw me. I had a 4 month old araucana that I finally had to catch in the act of wooing a hen before I realized it was a roo.

But for 5 weeks the comb seems pink and big, the legs are also huge. Something about the stance also screams male.

I would love to know if I guessed right or wrong on this one.
