5 week old bantams is ok the move the out of the brooder ?

I have porcelion d'uccles, self blue, and WTB Japenese bantams. They will be 5 weeks old monday is it ok to move them in a coop. I am located in TN, and night time temps are usually 69/70. We did have one night 2 weeks ago in the high 50's is it ok to move them ?
