5 week old barred rock bully

So I have a 5 week old barred rock pullet that’s bullying 3 of my EE pullets. The BR is pecking the tail quite a bit making the other 3 bleed. I removed her for a week from the flock, hoping it would “reset” the pecking order. I put her back in the run/coop last night. Well today she is back at it. The 3 EE’s healed up and today their tails have been pecked until bleeding again. And I saw her doing it. Any advice?

I'm in the same boat as you. A 5 week old that terrorizes my 4 Lavenders Orps that are 4 weeks old. All I hear are screams from the coop area.
Getting on my last nerve that bugger is lol.

Barred Rocks are naturally aggresive. H ad them twice never agian

Some individuals just aren't nice! Sometimes moving them to a flock with older birds will humble them a bit, but in a same age flock that's not happening.
She (he?) would be gone very soon here.

What is their nutrition like? Are you using chick starter?

She’s gone. Sent her to my buddy’s flock. They are all full grown chickens. She is doing real well there. She walks among them like she’s the stuff. I was feeding her Purina starter/grower. Just like the rest of the chicks.

She must be tough to stand up to adult birds as a single chick.
