5 week old barred rocks

I am in this exact situation as well.

I have 2 BR's. Both supposed to be females & one has feathered in MUCH quicker than the other. The less feathered one went through a very droopy spell for 2-3 days where I had to dr. her a bit, so I thought this may have set her back a little.

However, someone said it may be a rooster.

I guess time will tell, but mine are both 4.5 weeks and significantly different as well. Maybe they just grow at their own pace...

This is funny. My BR chicks are 3 weeks old, and one has always been bigger, and more feathered out. They both have the black coloring on the front of their legs and are supposed to be pullets. One girl is MUCH bigger though. Weird. They were closer in size when they where little babies, and then WHAM! She's a big girl I guess??? Bigger girl, bigger eggs??
