I am in this exact situation as well.
I have 2 BR's. Both supposed to be females & one has feathered in MUCH quicker than the other. The less feathered one went through a very droopy spell for 2-3 days where I had to dr. her a bit, so I thought this may have set her back a little.
However, someone said it may be a rooster.
I guess time will tell, but mine are both 4.5 weeks and significantly different as well. Maybe they just grow at their own pace...
