5 week old chick doesn't want to drink water , and crying when poops. what to do? any trick to make it drink water?

S/his poop looks pretty fine its normal but cries loudy when poops. S/he normally eats on it's own when hungry but refuses to drink water. i tired to feed her/him water many time but S/he starts to chirp even louder and louder. even putting water on it's beak side isn't woking eather. what should i do?

Yes!! i am feeding it a mash of their feed it has warm water mixed in it but i don' think enough water for the little guy cuz hes sick he must need more water-

I've had experience with constipated chicks. They peep loudly when trying to poop. Evidence of poop is not evidence that the chick is not constipated. The loud peeping while pooping is evidence of constipation.

It does no harm to give the oil regardless and it could save your chick's life.
