5 week old chick SNEEZING

So I have 8- 5 week old chicks still in a brooder under light with access to constant food & water. I just weaned them off medicated feed. One of my chicks has started chronic sneezing. Other then that she looks fine, none others are sneezing... Should I be worried???

As long as she doesn't have mucousy discharge from eyes or nostrils, isn't lethargic, and is still eating/drinking sufficiently, I would think she's fine.

I've had a few chicks in the past that sneeze chronically, and they've been perfectly healthy.

Turn off the heat. Start them outside.They are ready to start learning how to be chickens.
Time to move to the coop.

No mucus or lethargy. As chickens really said they probably just need to go outside. They're getting a little big for the cage their in too. It's a little more complicated now as I need to introduce them to an old flock that I have, should be interesting. Just want to make sure they're healthy before they go in the same environment as my old girls...

Good! My rule of thumb is to put them out when you feel they're ready.

I guess the way the older hens react to the babies depends on temperament and age. Hope all goes well for you!

Yes definetly! I've picked all docile breeds(so they say) my old girls are pretty chil but this is the first time adding to the flock so I guess I'll see... I'll probably keep them separate for another 2 months only letting them see each other through bars and then full on introduce when bigger.
