The black one looks like a cockerel, the yellowish ones look like pullets, and the white (I’m on the fence) looks like a cockerel.. not %1000 sure tho. What gender??
What?!? I can’t keep any and neither of my buff orpington mixes have combs or wattles and their not red!All are cockerels
The combs are pea combs so they are not as big. It may be a trick of the light but they look red to me. My 5 weeks old chicks show little to no red on there combs. What?!? I can’t keep any and neither of my buff orpington mixes have combs or wattles and their not red!
Pea and rose combs both can pink up early. The question is are the combs growing? If they're pink and not growing, then likely pullets. If they're pink and growing, then cockerels. What?!? I can’t keep any and neither of my buff orpington mixes have combs or wattles and their not red!
