5-week-old chicks losing feathers, or pin feathers coming in?

Hi there. My new babies have decided to start picking out their feathers. They have little bald spots, but I think I can see the new feathers coming in. They seem very active and are eating and drinking plenty, and I don't see any broken skin. Is this normal? They are sort of in between fuzzy and feathery at this point.

Don't think they should every be picking out their feathers. Are they crowded? Can you take a picture and post?

Thanks for your answer. I don't think they are overcrowded, and they have since filled in those bald spots. So I think I jumped the gun in getting worried enough to post!
