5 week old cockerel already trying to mate?

I have 5 chicks hatched by a hen Easter weekend. 3-4 boys 1-2 girls. I’m not sure in ones gender. His dad is a over zealous mater but not terrible. He grabbed his female sibling by the back of the neck and tried to jump on her back refusing to let go. Isn’t he a little young for this behavior? Is this a early sign that he is going to be an aggressive mater? We have culled 3 Roos because they would rape the pullets. He is so beautiful tell me good news

It explains why the mama hen has been kicking his arse lately. Lol.
