I have a five week old cock el that is shaking when he walks and a little lethargic because he’s off-balance. I have given him Nutri drench in the water, but he still looks off.

How long has this been going on?
I don't want to be an alarmist but right now we need to consider a possibility right now.
From the USDA website.
"Signs of HPAI in poultry can include sudden death; lack of energy, appetite, and coordination; purple discoloration or swelling of various body parts; diarrhea; nasal discharge; coughing; sneezing; and reduced egg production, or soft-shelled or misshapen eggs."

He does seem a bit wobbly. I hope someone here can help.

First of all get him away from the rest of the flock in quarintine,from your flock. Put him in an area where he is not going to comtaminate other birds, their food or supplies. Care for him last with dedicated coveralls and shoes. You can treat with vitaimines and antiboitics, worm him but if it's viral he will not respond. Suspect # 1 is that this is Makeks disease until it is rules out . It depends on what kind of money you want to spend on testing. Read about Mareks disease and the consequences regarding the rest of your flock.

I agree with above to seperate him asap. Unfortunately, your setup isn't great. Little birds can fit though chicken wire and with avian flu going around, well, not the best. Also,if it's something like avian flu or mareks then the rest of your flock has already been exposed. If he dies then I highly suggest sending him off for a necropsy so you know if you need to close your flock and what youre dealing with but until then I would definitely seperate. Hopefully someone here can give you an idea on what vitamins to try in case it is a vitamin deficiency but I'm not leaning that being the problem.
