I have six 5 week old EE chicks and one of them seems to eat almost constantly and is always first in line for treats. In fact she's earned the name "Hammerhead" because she goes at the feeder like a jackhammer. Yet she is the smallest one of the bunch.
Could she have worms or something? Or does she just have a higher metabolism than the rest?
I also have one chick that seems to be developmentally delayed. She doesn't catch onto things (like roosting) as quickly as the rest.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
