I have a 5 week old Easter Egger cockerel I need to rehome. I am not able to have roosters where I am, though I adore this little guy. His name is Sulo, 5 weeks old on May 5th. Currently housed indoors with two pullets, fed medicated chick starter, and is in great health. He is happy, active, and very proud. Hand raised since day 2. The only catch is you must be in Northern California so that I can deliver or he can be picked up. I also would prefer him NOT to go for meat, wouldn't get much I am sure lol. He just needs a good home. Sulo is free to a good home, unless you would bring fresh eggs, that I would take! And I can keep him until he crows for the first time (seems to be around 7 weeks?). Under a heat light now, but they spend the day outside in the pen so he gets lots of yummy bugs and such. He is not aggresive with my two pullets, but does consider them "his girls" so he peeps loudly when they go out of sight lol!
