Can you explain more of what that means? She’s able to expel it but it seems to get stuck partway out, then she uses her beak to get it

Sounds like she's not able to completely push the poop out. So she may still have some swelling or there's damage.

There’s definitely still some swelling, and she may have damaged it by picking at it, I’ll upload a photo soon

If there's still swelling, I'd continue to give daily soaks and apply an anti-inflammatory cream.
