Easter Egger cockerel, polish is a cockerel too

Just curious, what says rooster about the EE? What am I looking for? I had a suspicion he wasn’t the SFH he was supposed to be. He doesn’t have enough white. Glad the Polish is a rooster. I’m excited about him.
