5 Week old sliver penciled rock gender

Can anyone tell me the gender of this chick? I suspect it's a roo, but that is just because this is the friendliest chick I have and I'm not supposed to have roos so I would hate to have to rehome it. I'm guessing that 5 1/2 weeks might still be a little too early. He/she is the independent one of my group, the first to go check out something new, more willing to be held than the others and I often see him/her off by himself while my other 3 stick together. I can try to get better pics tomorrow too, he would not stand still for a pic.
