5 week old speckled sussex - pullet or roo?

Got this speckled sussex chick from the local IFA and it was supposed to be a pullet. I am having my doubts. Anyone familiar with the breed want to chime in on their guess for gender?

I'm fairly certain that is a cockerel.

Yup, me too! How old? Based on it's combs size though relative to it's body size, I would say cockerel.

Thanks everyone! This chick is almost 6 weeks old. Unfortunately I can’t have roosters in my neighborhood so he’ll be needing a new home if so

Yeah, that’s is something I’m aware of. I’ll do what I can to avoid that but looking at local classifieds there are always ads for free roosters so my options may be limited.
