Songster
From what little I can find, these guys look like leghorns but the eggs they hatched from were not your typical large white leghorn eggs. The eggs were light brown and medium-sized. Hence why I'm confused about which breed they are, and no clue about sex either. Both of them are about 5 days apart. Tried to get pics the best I could.
Chick 1 - @ 3.5 weeks
Chick 1 - @ 4.5 weeks
Chick 2 - @ 4.5 weeks
Chick 2 - @ 6 weeks
Both together
First time with chickens and have a decent mix of breeds, however, these guys are just totally different characters. Their playstyle is amusing, nose down neck stretched body low to the ground, open up the wings a little, and dart around at speed going under or around the other chicks. Entertaining to watch
The younger one is totally chilled when I put my hand near it and will come to me, get on my hand etc. The other one gets somewhat aggressive and even start pecking at my hand before trying to flee.
